Travel Woes

Kind of a bad day for travel yesterday. We left the Nautica for Singapore. This made me very sad. The crew on this ship is amazing. I will miss them so much. The entertainment staff was especially important to me and Rich. These kids were fabulous, and so talented. 

Well anyway, ncl to the traveling part. Left the ship a little after 6:00 AM, yuck. The ride to airport went smoothly. The flight to Hong Kong went well. I love flying business class. 

After Hong Kong our trip went south quickly. First they confiscated my hand painted tiny scissors. Drat. Made me sooooo angry. They got through the first check point no problem. I felt a little better when we got to the Cathay Pacific lounge. I had some wine and some dim sum and I felt a little better. Hahaha

Flight went well to Singapore, and then the bottom fell out. One of our suitcases didn't make it to Singapore. This was bad. We leave tomorrow for a trip to Ankor Wat. One of us is not going to be happy. Turns out it's Rich. His suitcase is the one that's missing. 

We got to the hotel, which was gorgeous, but we couldn't enjoy because we had to wash out enough clothes for Rich to wear to Ankor Wat. Phone calls were made and the suitcase was found. First phone call said it would be delivered tomorrow sometime after 11. Not good we leave at 11. More phone calls were made. Finally we were told they will be delivered at 9 tomorrow. Yippee 

Crisis averted. But now it's to late to

Go out and enjoy Singapore. Sigh
